Q. Do you ship to International customers?
A. In most cases yes, however, we cannot guarantee international shipments, especially to Brazil, due to the number of lost packages. Shipment tracking is only available for Priority International shipments.

Q. How long will it be before I receive my order?
A. This can vary on a case by case basis. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. You may order online and pay via credit card or a PayPal account.

Q. Do you accept orders other than by credit card or PayPal?
A. Yes, we do. In addition to the credit card and PayPal options, you may purchase by mailing a money order to our street address. You may determine your correct order total by entering your order through the checkout process and pressing the "estimate shipping" button at the bottom of the page. Once you choose your method of shipping and enter your address, your total with shipping will be displayed. You can then exit the shopping cart without finalizing your order. Once you have the correct total, mail your money order to:
